I would give minus five points. Expedia was great help, though. Its representative gave us 150 One Cash points that we used right away for another hotel. "

"Went for a casual weekend trip and found this hotel to be perfect. Great basic amenities, more recently updated and great location to the main strip. "

"Our stay in Catania was great. The hotel manager went above and beyond helping us on multiple occasions. The area and views from the hotel were less than scenic but a short walk away was the dining, shopping, and historic areas. It was a little unnerving to find the hotel lobby door was locked on the inside so we could not exit without the desk clerk and his key when leaving early."

"The host was extremely helpful and very communicative. She is a 5 star host and had some nice snacks and beverages available for us when we arrived. However, the room itself had mold on the shower door and some type of allergen in the bed sheets as my wife got sick after the one night stay. I would stay there again but the place could use better cleaning."
