「We loved our stay at Casa Cruz Verde! My husband and I stayed here as part of our honeymoon and we were greeted by the cutest towel and flower arrangement on the bed with a sweet note. 「I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away.
