「Had a great stay. Nice clean room and close to everything. Special shoutout to Selene who was very helpful to me when I encountered a local issue. Facilities were incredible such as the pool and spa etc 」

El personal de recepción es amable. teníamos reservada una junior suite y nos dijeron nos habían hecho un upgrade el cual honestamente no sentimos. La habitación no era como la de las fotos, se veía viaja. Era una habitación muy lejana al area principal (E31) Se sentía amontonada con la cama extra que solicitamos para nuestro hijo. 」

「We drove a long way to the hotel and checked in merely at midnight without having our dinner yet. Thou the kitchen was closed but the staffs were really care about our situation and did anything they can do. I love their rooms. Each room has its own balcony or small garden to enjoy the swimming pool view. The bar by the swimming pool arranges DJ or Live music performances several times a week at evening. 「Overall the hotel and spa are fabulous. Service was also outstanding. My only issues were Wifi and TV-related - did not get a connection in the villas. I called several times for help but it was not resolved. It is also difficult to get to your room after hours - many of the doors are locked and it becomes like a maze trying to get to your room. If you are using the gym after hours, you end up on the street and can only get back on the property through the front door. But, definitely stay...
