「Das Frühstück war immer frisch, mit grosser Auswahl an europäischen und lokalen (kolumbianischen) Produkten. Gilt ebenfalls für das Nachtessen im Restaurant mit lokalen (kolumbianischen) Menues, aber auch mit Menues "a la Bella Italia",inkl. Wein. Die Preise sind relativ tief im Vergleich zu Europa. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.」

「I will call it a 4* Hotel for Business purposes yet I know some folks used it for family travel, none the less, 4* for Colombia is plenty for a small hotel as this one, I do have to mention the parking space is very small and the entrance to it (it's an underground) is very tight and angled, outside there's a small parking area for daytime but motorcycle deliveries seemed to run the place, that was an issue. I also must mention no A/C in the room as it can get pretty hot in the afternoon, other...

「The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, near to stores, restaurantes and malls, staff was helpful and rooms were nice and spacious, I'd definitely stay here again.」

「I went for a surgery and the people was "great ", they helped me a lot. If you ask me I come back I will say yes. I dont care if the building is old that makes it more special. Only problem I saw when you order something you have to go to the parking or if you come in taxi they have to leave you in the front at the parking even if you come with many bags. The security guys are mean and so rude, not all but a few they are.」
