「The staff was very helpful and quickly responded to any requests. Anything we needed in the room was provided. The hot water/cold water valves in the shower and sinks were "quirky" (you had to turn on the cold water first, and then slowly turn on the hot water) but they worked and it was fine. 「Muy cómodo」

「It's excellent and they even provide the cake 」

「Lies and theft from management. Please go elsewhere」

「Very well maintained, good customer service, good restaurant (Great American)」

「There was a private event and music was very loud outside my window I called the front desk and they said it was ending at 11pm. I had to wake up very early the next day and the music continued until past 12:30 I was not able to have a restful night. That is very unfortunate and not well thought out as hotels should be relaxing.」

「Everyone and everything as you are reading its amazingly beautiful, management, customer service, room service, the good it's delicious. The staff very helpful and sweet. Definitely I recommend this hotel and not speaking of Jr Suites I love them very cute and good views. I'll always come back as far as they stay humble and give a great atmosphere」

「Good」

「La regadera era imposible de usar además de estar muy baja el maneral no servía de manera adecuada. La tina estaba rota y mal reparada, la conexión de agua al inodoro estaba expuesta y con una tapa de madera mal colocada.」
