「I was so tired when I arrived at the property after a long flight delay. The night shift front desk clerk was very efficient and kindly called me back when I forgot my wallet at the counter. The hotel room was so clean and comfortable. I love the layout of the room, too. 」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「Had a medical emergency at airport. Last minute stay - located near hospital and walking distance to places to eat. Only problem was we needed a late checkout and they couldn’t accommodate other than 30 minutes 」
