「Expedia stinks! I'll never use your company again! The Lafayette Hotel was wonderful but our stay was going to be terrible because you would not let me change rooms! The front desk clerk is the person who saved our vacation in spite of your incredibly obstinate refusal to do anything!」

「The memory foam bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy and warm when I arrived. I appreciated the heat being on when I arrived, since some hotel rooms I have walked into do not have the heat on to conserve energy, so you walk into a cold room.」
