"You can't go wrong at TMS. I have stayed at this hotel three times now, and will continue to return each time I am in Da Nang. The beachfront is second to none, and right in front of Maia Beach Bar - a prominent beach bar. The service is amazing and the rooms are massive with everything well thought out, including a workspace that works well when you have to connect. No complaints, five star service."

"Lovely big clean room, in a quiet area away from the busy streets. The breakfast was amazing, food was fresh and there was a wide selection of food. Will stay again when in Hoi An. Staff were attentive and so polite. Vietnamese are lovely and the most hospitable people."

"This property should NOT BE A 5 star hotel! At most it should be a 4 star hotel!! Unknown how they got the 5 star. Shower was leaking into the toilet area because the seals were worn out, cabinets were not closing properly, and some lights were not turning on. Other than that, staff was very good, buffet was great, amenities were good."

"Rooms need a deep clean, mold can be found in parts of the room including wardrobe. Linen also well passed its use by date and time for a change. Be prepared to smell cigarette smoke in the hallways as there are a lot of tourists from one country that choose to smoke inside their rooms with the doors open. Otherwise rooms are large and clean enough with helpful staff. Just don't expect a 5 star experience as it is a solid 3.5 star intl hotel exp."
