「Our vehicle broke down near Pendleton. We were towed to Yakima and needed a room near the airport to pickup a rental to drive to Seattle. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff helpful and there are several restaurants nearby. The shuttle took us to the airport the next day and the hotel is very close to the airport.」

「Everything was very good,service was nice to and the property was very nice and clean.but one this that we did not really like was the AC was loud.but overall it was very nice.」

「Staff excellent. The microwave was broke, and the outlet near sink did not work. Another electrical outlet needs replaced, would hold my phone charger, too loose. Room was clean.」

「Great temodel on this motel but near sketchy area of downtown. Rooms were clean and comfortable however water pressure in shower is low for rinsing your hair. Breakfast was good and eating area is nice. Staff were very nice and helpful.」

「I stayed in a downstairs unit with parking right out front—super convenient. The laminate flooring gave a nice hardwood look, though the bathtub was a bit dated. The air conditioning worked, a bit loud, but the room itself was very quiet. The location was fantastic—right by the mall with plenty of restaurants, including Panera. The Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was basic—mini muffins and oatmeal—more of a snack than a full meal. The large table was a plus, but no hangers, so bring some if you...

「Easy check in/check out, friendly welcoming staff. Loved the treat bags for our dogs. The room was very stylish, clean and comfortable. Amenities include a pool and workout room. For breakfast there was quite a variety of items to choose from. We enjoyed made to order eggs for breakfast with waffles! There was a nice greenbelt for our dogs potty breaks.」

「Front desk understaffed at time of check in 8 people in line and only 1 person working! Sounded like elephants in the room above us! Little to no plastic ware, cups for coffee, napkins or even food at 8:30 breakfast No one was on staff Yes it is on the river but also the freeway is right there too!!!」

「I always stay in this place because it's convenient. There are stores near by, restaurants and it's quiet. The last time I stayed in here, there were pee stains under the toilet sit. They moved me to a different room, but I can't believe that they were lacking on their cleaning.」
