"Room was clean and staff was very friendly and hepful"

"The room was clean and beautiful and the check-in service was friendly and helpful when I found there was no shampoo or conditioner in the room, but they should have mentioned that there was a blackout shade pulldown (always to everyone) because I was unable to find it and would have asked for help had I known it was there. I was told I could have called the front desk, but who has the ability to find a number to the front desk at 2:30 in the morning? My lack of sleep totally defeated the purpose of my trip so I am sure I will not be returning there. It was also noisy with loud sounds from the highway. The breakfast waffles tasted funny like they were beginning to sour and the apples were all bruised but the eggs were good."

"The air conditioning was good, did not use the pool, the room floor was dirty, the breakfast was good. The staff was awful he said that I reservation was not paid for through Hotel.com, he gave me a bill stating that I needed to pay. Fortunately, I had my confirmation and receipt. He still disputed it and told me he would have to let his manager look into the matter. I told me when I was leaving the hotel that he still had my bill information. I didn’t trust him with my credit card information. I will not stay there anymore."

"Was very pleased with the room; very clean and updated. Pillows and the bed were amazing comfy. Nice lighting and found it extremely convenient to have plenty of options for outlets and USB ports throughout the room. Nice fluffy towels and the shower was clean and enjoyed the sliding doors versus a shower curtain. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing accommodations. "
