「Absolutely stunning resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and the kids had a great time in the heated pool in our backyard. The activities at the entertainment center were fun.
A few things which can really enhance the customer experience. Firstly, the pools in the communal areas need to be heated as they are ice cold and unusable - it was a shame that no one was in them even though the resort was busy on the long weekend. My kids tried to go in there but again it was way...

「I really enjoyed my holiday stay in Riyadh. The room was impressively clean, the amenities were well-stocked and convenient, and the overall experience felt comfortable and relaxing. The staff were polite and helpful, and Basma in particular was amazing.」
