「We booked a one night stay on a cross-country drive. We picked this hotel because the rates were very good and we were looking for value instead of luxury. We got excellent value and the folks here were extremely friendly and helpful. We were happy with everything about the room. The neighbors were a bit loud on occasion, but quieted down at night, which was fine. Next time through Bend we will stay here again.」

「While the hotel had an unexpected boiler outage during our stay, they treated us very well and addressed the problem by partnering with the local Athletic Club for hot showers, providing a discount on the stay, and being gracious, helpful hosts. Staff were friendly, helpful, and caring. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. They had jazz music playing for us upon entry. Breakfast was tasty as were the complimentary beverages. 」
