"I checked in after 3pm and was told my room was not available yet, they will text me when available. I Waites 45 minutes and went back to ask. a different person was at the desk and told me they have plenty of rooms available. how long would I have waited had I not been pro active."

"Beautiful property!! I will say, they tried to charge me $300 for smoking in my room. They have a new system that senses smoke (even vape smoke!) I did NOT vape or smoke, but did use a medical device for my albuterol. They ended up refunding me, but I was Shocked! 1) feels like an invasion of privacy 2) they did not volunteer the info, I got a notification of a pending charge. "
