「This is my second stay at the Normandy when visiting Minneapolis. I have lots of family in the area and my oldest goes to college nearby. The location is great. Plenty of parking. Beautiful interior. It’s updated but still feels historic. We stayed in a suite this time and it was so spacious. Front desk staff is friendly and we had a few drinks at the bar which was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel and will continue to return here. 」

「We had issues upon check in because their credit card system was down and it kept telling me my card was being declined (which I knew it couldn't be). The gentlemen who helped me was SO kind and apologetic. He comped our early check in fee and offered us water while we were waiting. He was the kindest person EVER and made the entire experience great. He handled the pressure well and with professionalism! The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff were prompt at arriving each day to reset...
