「En la descripción de la reserva dice que tiene alberca y en realidad es un jacuzzi el cual no pudimos prenderle el hidromasaje nos dijeron que se presionaba fuerte, lo intentamos mucho y no lo logramos. 「Antes de llegar pregunté si había caliente siempre y dijeron que sí y no fué así, tuvimos q estar contactando al administrador por msj porque las llamadas nunca las contestó y solamente una persona pudo bañarse con agua caliente después salió super fría. La ubicación muy bien el lugar bien pero no tiene estacionamiento tampoco y tuve q dejar todo el día mi camioneta afuera.」

「I was billed twice for this stay. To 2 separate bank accounts. I contacted the property expecting a prompt refund of 1 of the 2 payments, but they disputed them, even after I sent clear photos of both charges in both banking apps. I've begun a dispute with one of the 2 banks, and it'll probably take a month to resolve the double charge. Expedia were unable to assist because this was a "pay at property" stay. Very unimpressed. Will not stay again.」
