「Lovely hotel. Everything we needed and more. The only thing is the breakfast was pretty skimpy for the complementary breakfast. Says you get a couple eggs.. only gives you one and not items are included for choice for this ‘free breakfast’.」

「Truly had the BEST stay at Alt Hotel St. John's–one of our favourite hotel experiences! The hotel is beautiful and super trendy, with incredibly comfortable rooms, striking Canadian art, a top tier coffee shop, and a high end (but comfortable) restaurant. The communal, outdoor, and gym spaces are beautiful and so lovely to spend time in. We were pleasantly surprised when we got to the hotel that our room had been upgraded, complimentary; we had a magical view of the harbour and Signal Hill!...

「The room was cute and check in was very easy. But after a long day on the road we arrived after 9 pm and was looking forward to the wine that came with the room. Unfortunately the bottle left for us needed a wine opener. And there was no wine opener in the room. When I called up the girl on the phone said there was no one in the main house who could help and she was only in the sister house and could not help us. I would suggest staff always double check there is a wine opener in the room if the...

「一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.」
