「My disappointment was the lack of accessibility. No accessible doors, and if you would like to eat at the Bistro you have to go up several stairs. If you are in a wheelchair, this is a property to avoid. Beautiful place, great staff that will do all they can for you but the property needs to be updated with simple accessible door openers, widen doors, add ramp and generally start thinking about people with disabilities. (Wheelchair, Blind, Deaf, etc)」

「The Jag has a wonderful vibe. The Mojo Bar on the 8th floor is fabulous; amazing service. Used the Spa services there this visit and have only positive reviews.」

「Staff was great super friendly and accomodating」

「This was a wonderful place to spend a few nights. If I could suggest anything it would to be to add some type of lighting so that make-up could be applied using the mirrors. There was only back lighting which isn’t very helpful. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Of those folks who may get a little wigged out by the fact there is a cemetery next door, that should be something that is in the description or photos. It didn’t bother us, but some folks may find it a bit unnerving.」
