"Staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful, the facilities are stunning, location is excellent, the room was a bit dark with limited view which was disappointing, and we had free access from room direct to spa but you could not lock this door so was of limited use . Breakfast buffet was superb"

"The property is spacious and well maintained. The view of the Volcano de Agua is a plus. Staff was very helpful. More attention to some details could make the difference for some travelers but overall, good for the price. They recently upgraded the lobby’s furniture; colorful and lovely. I wish they could offer night entertainment other than karaoke, maybe invite marimba groups, dancers, authentic arts and crafts nights, etc."
