「Staff is excellent. Breakfast was served with very fancy table settings (correct for the mansion). Property is super clean. Downside is location, which is just on the edge of the historic district.」

「Everything was great besides the noise. All sounds are heard through the walls. There were people walking/running loudly above us until 11 pm. The front desk asked if it was our kids but we had literally just checked into our room. I’m assuming the loud room wasn’t talked to. 」

「Overall staff was helpful, although check-in was complicated. Was initially advised the room I paid for wasn’t available because I booked through a third party (Expedia), but it got resolved. Also, there’s a club in really close proximity to the hotel. The music was so loud, I could hear the words in my room, on the 6th floor. The hotel itself is beautiful, has a rooftop bar with views of the city and the location makes it easy to get everywhere by foot. 」

「The cooked to order breakfast is good if the hotel is not at full capacity. If it is you will not be allowed to order. You can only do the buffet. Management is slow about addressing concerns」
