"We were extremely bummed out by this hotel. We thought we were splurging and booked this hotel for almost $300 a night (standard room). The hotels systems were down for 2 days on and off, when we arrived at the hotel we were told we had to just wait it out since they couldn’t use their systems. You would think they would provide some sort of compensation for not being able to check into your room late at night with a baby, but no. We asked them if they could let us know when we could check into and they said yes, but never did. It was on us to keep checking in to see what the status was. The next day we then were afraid to leave our room because they said if we did our cards could turn off due to the system issues and we couldn’t get back to our things. Again, it was on us to check in constantly to see what to do. We ordered room service that never came, and when we got breakfast we were treated poorly, and had to ask for the check twice even after all this, we felt like breakfast should’ve been on the hotel. The hotel is extremely mediocre and not worth what you pay. Very disappointed and will make sure to not visit any Marriott locations knowing this is the way they operate and organized our stay."

"Having a room on the side of the freeway was terrible. All night we heard sirens, noisy ass cars and every now and then we heard the neighbor hit the wall. I will never get a room by the freeway again. We had 2 sleepless nights and so glad to be home 😊"

"We had a great stay! The staff was always so nice and friendly. The pools were amazing and there was so much to do in/near the hotel. "

"Everyone was so nice. Place was clean, beds were super comfortable, and the pool was perfect on a hot day. Close to the trolly station which was so easy to get to and from downtown and the airport. Highly recommend!!! "

"They would not accommodate late checkout on a Monday and one of the two pools was entirely closed for renovations."

"Hotel was great loved the restaurant and bar area. Pool was fun and happening with the DJ playing. Drinks were yummy. Loved the location of the hotel and the valet was awesome. Would definitely recommend."
