「The staff is very helpful. Location is very good, everything in walkable distance. Wifi is very good. We were staying at the Ground Floor room, where there are noises from the drainage system in the building all the time. There is often cigarette smoke smell in the apartment which we have to open the window at all times. 」

「Zentral」

「I arrived at the hotel around 11 PM and was told that my reservation had been cancelled without any prior notice, even though the money had already been deducted from my account. They sent me to another hotel instead, which was very disappointing. It was on the 3rd floor without an elevator, dirty, and in poor condition overall. This was a very stressful experience late at night after traveling. I would not recommend this place.」

「The Concept House had everything we needed for our family's stay. There is a very nice masjid nearby. Our request for a late check out was gladly accommodated. Thanks to the staff at Concept House!」

「Personeel is vriendelijk.
