「What an absolutely remarkable place! It genuinely feels as though a beautiful piece of historic Italy has been transported into this Chicago neighborhood. The architecture, thoughtfully selected ornate decor, warmth, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that is both elegant and incredibly welcoming. This is not simply a place to stay. It is an experience. And then there is Gina! Her hospitality is in a class of its own. From preparing a wonderful breakfast to serving homemade banana...

「Nice hotel」

「Clean room」

「I was a little worried about some if the reviews I had read before planning our trip. However, we went with it and were glad we did. We would stay there again. It's a cute place located in a fun, artsy, easy going vibe location. A cute neighborhood. The building was older, however they are remodeling and we stayed in a freshly renovated room which was great. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom very nice. It was a little noisy because it sits on Diversity Pkwy. but I would somewhat expect...

「Perfect location for seeing a show at The Vic! Lots of restaurants nearby. I didn’t love having the private bathroom not connected to the room but I did know about this when I booked. Everything was very clean and the staff-free check in went smoothly. I’d stay here again.」

「Clean room and property. Friendly staff. We enjoyed the hot breakfast!!」

「When I check in, the staff don't have smile, the whole procedure was in a serious face。Wifi setting was difficult, TV remote control also not user friendly。 Breakfast was terrific。 Good location easy to walk to river side。」
