"The room did not get cleaned once (we stayed Thursday-sunday). When we asked about it they explained that they were fully booked so they had to prioritize some rooms. The hallways and common areas were not properly cleaned as well."

"Room was clean, no conplains about staff, they were all helpfull. Breakfast was average not a big selection. A lot of the pictures that was advertised by Hotels.com were the pictures of the surrounding are not the hotel itself so they can be a bit misleading. It was too hot in my room."

"Bad experience would not use again. On opening the door it was clear that the room had not been cleaned after the previous occupant - bed in total disarray. I tried two different phone numbers - first the one on the door saying to use it there is a problem with the door code. Second that at the bottom of the text the owner sent earlier in the day. Both went through to a prerecorded message of no use. I ended up having to find somewhere else for the night. "
