"This hotel doesn't seem to have the same standards as other homewood suites.
Crumbs on the pull out when we arrived
No shampoo.
2 bath towels and a small towel for 5 people
The shower head fixture wasn't properly fixed to the wall.
Took 6 hours to get more towels. Then shortly after, staff knocked on the door at 9pm with towels for the room down the hall. I imagine 2 is fine for standard rooms but suites that sleep 6 probably need more than that.
Shampoo was empty
Kitchen supplies did not include enough place settings
The pot holder was crunchy and stained.
Towels were rarely available at the pool- they only filled a handful at a time
The pool was ice cold until it started pumping warm water for the weekend
Mold in the mens room near the pool
Staff dressed ultra casual- including obscene gestures.
Check in was smooth and staff were friendly.
Breakfast was fine.

"We stay here every year when we come to London for dance competitions because of the large, clean rooms, friendly staff, and hot buffet breakfast that is included with our stay. The staff is courteous and professional, and always willing to help. The on-site EV charger is an added convenience!"

"Pool was clean salt water great temperature and open late until 10pm. No hot tub. Room was very clean and equipped as described. Beds and pillows are lower quality but it did the job for a one night stay. We booked based on low price, pool and located right close to our plans of a great dinner and shopping.
Overall it was good and as expected for a budget stay "

"We arrived late on a very cold windy night and the young man at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. When I asked if there were tea bags in the room he said there were but that he could make me a cup as well. I so appreciated his overall thoughtfulness that one doesn’t see much any more, and of course the great cup of tea!"
