「Please, demolish that disgusting place! Stop selling that dump on Expedia—it’s full of people loitering about and looks absolutely dreadful. The hallways reek of urine. It was abysmal; we left instantly—we didn't even make it to the room—and we really needed to sleep after a long journey. And, of course, we lost our money—money that you should be refunding to us!」

「The hotel is under construction. The suite doors were not secure. Light from outside was visible around the entire door to the hallway and to the connecting room. The plastic around the door of the connecting room was visible and they started construction in the adjoining room at 7am.」

「The room carpet had so many stains and they gave me the worst room. The entire hotel smells like rotting sewage. They dont maintain the property at all. The shower drain water would not go down and the floor tiles were slanted. Room smelled like cigarettes and so did the towels. Mold on the tiles of the bathroom... got a refund and got told to wait until 2 am to see if there would be a new room. No thanks, I went to the Marriot.」

「Ratty Condition both inside and out. Didn't sleep a wink due to excessive noice from outside, fear of safety, absolutely terrible amenities throughout, no available telephone in room, no network or cable TV, inoperable electrical outlets throughout the room, no safety chain/bar on entry door, etc. If the City Code Dept, Health Dept, or any 3rd-Party booking service were to investigate such property, It WOULD be Shut Down!!!」

「Property is old and in spite of recent renovations, elevator is old, ran down. As soon as I stepped into the room, I was hit by an unpleasant smell of urine coming from the bathroom. Closet has mold smell. I was charged $100 for incidentals when I checked in but receptionist never informed me of this charge. The room is cleaned every 3 days upon request. So if you don't request , room is not cleaned and towels not changed. Breakfast: no bagels, no hot water, no orange juice and there is nothing...
