「Nice and clean studio apartment for 2. Nice view from balcony. Well furnished (with laundry on 1/F). Friendly services. 5 minutes walk to Bayside Shopping Centre. 10 minutes walk to Frankston Station. SkyBus just at the entrance. Highly recommended ! 」

「Clean room. Great location, close to shops and cafes. Close to the beach. Kids loved the indoor swimming pool.」

「Their amenities need checking with each stay. We only had 2 cups and 1 plate for 3 people. Apart from that everything was good.」

「下午三點十五分要Checkin，竟然找不到服務人員，最後只好打上面的電話問服務員在哪，服務員要我們自己進房間說鑰匙在桌上。 沒有提供吹風機，讓我的偏頭痛痛死人了，加上又找不到服務員。 隔天十點一到立刻跑來敲門說該退房了。 感覺不是很好，只是因為它便宜所以住進來了。」

「During our two‑day stay at Carrum Downs Motel, we enjoyed a wonderfully smooth and relaxing experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the amenities made everything feel effortless. After returning from a day out, my two kids had a fantastic time splashing in the swimming pool, which added a fun highlight to our visit. The convenient location and family‑friendly atmosphere made the getaway memorable, leaving us refreshed and satisfied.」

「Overall pleasant for an old motel, modernising efforts have been made. It was the friendliness of the staff that made it great. What a solid asset. A little pricey booking thru app for what is, but I’ll be back soon and go direct. What, pool table and pokies. Space better spent but had a dabble. Thanks for the stay!! Sean (Edward)」

「Some of the old reviews had made us nervous about this place, but we were pleasantly surprised. The motel room had been "refreshed" and was clean with a good shower and comfortable bed. Good budget accommodation in a great location for shops and transport, but back from the highway, so quite and secure.」

「The room is nice and clean. The manager is very kind and passionate. It's better to park right into their carpark, then unload your luggage,way much safer and convenient than pushing across the road. It's advised to bring your favourite body wash and shampoo.」

「Overall room was ok, clean and tea/coffee making available. The bed seemed quite hard to my wife but was ok for me. TV did not work on free to air channels so could only get 9Now digital and couldnt download any other TV apps.」
