「Hotel bom, bem localizado. Solicitei um early check-in com quase um mês de antecedência. Não tive um retorno a respeito. No dia conseguiram me alocar num quarto mas pra minha surpresa, solicitaram que eu pagasse uma diária inteira. Acho que nesse aspecto faltou um pouco de empatia. Do geral o hotel é bom. Mas o atendimento pode melhorar para encantamento dos hóspedes no que diz respeito ao fator surpresa. 」

「We loved this place! So close to the beach and we enjoyed the city view terrace! Staff was friendly and helped us research and book our next stay in Punta del Este. The other hotel guests also seemed kind and helpful and were clearly regulars when they visited Montevideo. The kitchen area was appropriately stocked for us to use. When we returned to Montevideo and stayed in another area of the city, we remarked regularly that we missed "the old place". Highly recommend!」

「The hotel is very nice with excellent service. There is a restaurant on the premises with a small but good menu. The property is located in the old town area of Montevideo, which is charming but a bit rough. There is definitely lots to do within walking distance.」
