"This is the oldest hotel in Zagreb. Big bonus for parking but it's a bit tricky with large vehicles because it's located on a small, single lane street and there's no real pullover room while you wait for gate to be opened. It's not obvious there's a call bell, either. Walk to hotel is about 6-8 minutes on typical cobbled streets. Reception was great and we got EXCELLENT recommendations for dinner. Room was small yet adequate. Could be loud at night from courtyard. A/C gets turned off at night so keep windows open. Restaurant on site but we didn't est there. Breakfast was variety of eggs yogurt. Breads, meat/cheese, etc. Plentiful and tasty. Recommend if you like being in city center and old town."

"It is a small boutique hotel located within walking distance of main tourist attractions. It is also across the street from two food marts. The front receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. The room was not big but quiet and clean. I’d recommend the hotel."

"Was given a room on the 6th floor looking over the front of the hotel . Unfortunately at night there was loud music audible so I kindly asked to switch rooms to the opposite side of the hotel which the kind lady at reception arranged. Both rooms were fine , clean , powerful shower in spacious bathroom. Beds were firm and the air con was perfect. Fridge in the rooms and lots of wardrobe space. Breakfast was good, lots of choice , all the staff I spoke to were friendly and spoke good English. Voucher for a free soft drink on arrival from the bar. Location is perfect, just around the corner from the main square where trams take you to all parts of Zagreb . Lots of bars and cafes nearby too."

"It may not be the most modern hotel but I had a great stay at Sheraton Zagreb. Very easy to walk or get Ubers everywhere. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit run down. The hotel features the best hotel gym I’ve ever been to, this gym actually has a monthly membership (free for hotel guests) so it’s fully equipped with all kinds of machines. You can even take reformer Pilates classes. The spa is very nice too. I enjoyed the huge breakfast buffet with so many different options. The Italian restaurant Tomassino is also fab."
