"Our end of April stay was definitely off season and the property was calm and slow. The staff was excellent, very friendly and efficient. The afternoon complimentary glass of wine was very nice, we even enjoyed ours in the hot tub one afternoon. We booked through Expedia and felt the value was excellent at just over five hundred dollars for three nights including taxes and fees. We were able to walk to the pizza restaurant adjoining the property one night, drive just a couple of miles to a fun Mexican restaurant in Palisade the second night and eat in the tavern at the property the last night. All were excellent. Less than perfect was the fact that housekeeping failed to clean our room one day and the very mediocre breakfast. Very similar to a chain hotel breakfast with reconstituted eggs etc. We figured this to be due to it being off season so we just went out for breakfast. All in all though definitely overall a five star rating. Thank you Wine Country Inn."

"Visited for a conservation event located at the Job Corp Center. Just 5 minutes from the event. Right across the street from the library where i had books sent for the event. Walking distances to get dinner. Needed some equipment for the event ACE hardware was just across the street. The room had everything to make my stay pleasent & restful."

"This is a wonderfully comfortable bed and breakfast. We felt so welcome and relaxed. The property is great, lots of outdoor space to enjoy. our dogs had a fun time playing with the hosts dog and were as welcome as we were! The breakfast was YUMMY!! The best scones ever!! The host is warm and a pleasure to talk with. We loved our stay! "

"Joia at check-in was lovely and super informative. The included breakfast was simple but tasty and quick and the location of this little inn. Our room was also well maintained and cozy. Especially appreciated that a little fridge was included. We were in town for a weekend wedding and the Staywise was perfect for our two-night stay!"
