「The property looked like it had recently undergone some renovation and it felt clean. The staff was friendly at check-in and the complementary breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.」

「No one at desk when checking in. No ice on first floor. Long walk to breakfast.」

「Staff were helpful although not really friendly. Lobby, corridors and eating area were very clean. Trash cans on exterior were often overflowing with garbage. Room AC worked but onlyin keeping room from becoming warmer, did not ever get cold enough and constantly ran. Housekeeping was good. This is a dated building with a lot of age.」

「We booked a king suite but intentionally did not book an accessible room which was an option. We were "assigned" an accessible room upon arrival and told that "because we booked through a third party" (Expedia) we could not have a non-accessible room as " those were for guests that booked directly with the hotel" when they were overbooked. After much discussion, the manager said that they had found a non-accessible room, but it would not be ready for 30 minutes. We left and returned a little...
