「Excellent location, close to all attractions in Austin. Spacious condos, modern styles. Easy parking, I literally felt like being at home there. The only negative was the AC's lowest temperature set point was 68 degrees, not the perfect temperature for my sleep, and the rooms were a bit less cold than the living room because of the limited air pressure. That was a struggle; I like my room to be colder. Absolutely recommended!」

「I would not recommend staying here. Upon arrival, I found more than 20 dead flies scattered throughout the apartment, along with what appeared to be rodent droppings. I had specifically booked this property because I needed access to a kitchen during a business trip, and given the sanitation concerns, I did not feel comfortable preparing food or staying in the unit.
