「The room was spotless, warm, inviting and so beautifully decorated for the holiday season. There were no staff on hand since it was the off season but the store was left open for us with instructions how to purchase items using venmo which worked great since we had one person fall ill and needed gatorade. He provided some helpful hints as we were traveling over to Brevard and then the Smoky Mnts. - such as, sites to visit and scenic drives. Enjoyed visiting with him. Our room was well maintained and clean. Thank you.」

「The hotel is under renovation but very clean overall. The only issue I had were some barking dogs and when I turned on the heater it made a high-pitch squealing noise before it actually kicked in and quieted down. Other than that my stay was excellent.」
