Needs a stop and chose the property for cost. It is an older property but was impressed by well maintained it was. The room was spotless, the was very comfortable and shower water pressure was very good. When traveling on I-15 and if it time for a drive break and I’m close to the town I will definitely stay at this property again

Actually ended up not staying here due to the ceiling was falling down onto the beds. Multiple transients staying in the hotel. Did not feel safe to stay with young children.

Love the big room for families

We have stayed here multiple times. We love getting th big room with the 7 twin beds. It's great because my 4 boys and I all get our own bed and nobody complains about someone stealing the blankets or pushing them off the bed. It is also conveniently located close to a Smiths and several pizza and take out places. The room is clean and the front desk staff was very helpful.

The room was clean. Friendly people. The outside needs attention. We stayed eclipse weekend and the price was 5 times normal!

Good for overnight stay

I heard of the bad reviews but had no choice, needed a room. I commend them for making my stay comfortable. I can tell they are trying to clean up the area with painting inside the rooms. They need to add a fresh paint to the outside of the motel. The plumbing inside thr rooms need to be fastened down and would like to see the shower heads replaced. I did feel safe but would like the door entrance to fit in the doorway better. Good for a overnight stay.

Sketchy long term residents

Older motel with some sketchy looking folks hanging around. Room was fine for one nite but there are many hotels in Cedar City that compare in price.

This place is falling apart, our kids were scared to stay there, we would have left and found something else if it wasn’t so late and everywhere else was booked.

The only reason we stayed was because that’s the only option left in Cedar City. Staff is ok. But many things in the room were old or broken. Faucets for sink and shower were both bad …I hope the hotel realize it’s time to upgrade or rebuild
