I’m so sorry you didn’t enjoy your stay. We try to make the experience pleasant for every guest. Our rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, so I don’t know what made it seem musty smelling to you. We were pleased to have accommodated you with an unexpected request for a room change at the last minute and didn’t hear any complaints when you came to breakfast. The original house was built in 1910, so it is a different kind of feeling than a modern hotel, but the vast majority of guests enjoy that aspect.

It was great having you as our guests. Please come back again.

Just as a note, all our rooms do have air conditioning, but given the set up of our historic home, built in 1910, some of the rooms, like the one you stayed in, share the thermostat with other rooms. Happily, we haven't had issues in working out the right temperature for our guests.
