I rarely give a negative review. I’ve been traveling SE Asia almost non stop the past two years. I was disappointed in this place. On the positive side the staff was friendly, the wi fi was good. Now the bad. There was no hot water. Zero . It was cold. The TV did not work at all. The security chain on the door was gone. Missing. I stayed at this same motel a year ago and had a good experience. This time , not so much. It is what it is. Over all I ll be generous and give it a 5 out of 10

It was really good, the room was so big and spacious than what we expected and they have free soap and shampoo that’s more than for what other hostels gives. Will definitely book at RedDoorz again if I have new trips in other regions/provinces again!

Poor quality hotel room do not look at the pictures at think this is actually what its like.. shower was none functional, air con would switch off all the time and you had to play with the plug to reset.. No lift and they put an old man like me on the 4th floor... I dreaded going back to that hotel and decided to stay there on only 4 days out of the 2 weeks I booked... staff and security are really good but are let down by the hotel no being updated sice 1980 im guessing
