Small room hotel

The room was small for a deluxe. The washroom faucet was leaking and the exhaust fan is not functioning well. The good thing about the hotel is just the location. If your looking for a comfortable stay then look somewhere else.

So dissapointed

Pictures are quiet different from reality. Room smell cigarettes, you can see cockroaches and you might hear a noise of rats running around the ceiling, toilet bowl wasn't cleaned enough, lamp shade broken, not enough lights in the room, too dark.

nice location comfort is not so good

The first room experience so dirty. The comfort room is stock up and dirty. The Aircon was not cold. We ask another room tenan said theirs no room available. But they realize they transfer us to another room, and that would be ok. Experience is no so good

클럽문화를 즐기기에 딱 좋음

바퀴벌레와 같이 샤워했음, 직원한테 살충제 달라고해서 뿌리고 외출했다가 들어오니 많은 바퀴벌레가 죽어있음

立地は最高だが、毎日ベッドメイク等のサービスもしてくれない。ただただ寝るだけの場所を求める人にとっては問題ないかと。

Overpriced. Badly maintained. Weak WIFI.

Wifi not work in 3rd floor. Toilet seat ring not stay up without holding. In room too little light. I suggest walk across street and next street behind main street. You will find considerably better places with less price.

Cebu City Center

It would have been an okay place to stay but the room we stayed at stunk. Even the spray I used couldn't cover up the smell.

Quite bad

We stayed there for 3 nights and got 2 rooms (1 superior and 1 deluxe). Rooms size are ok for superior but would be quite small for 3 people (deluxe room). The room wasn't clean daily and we had to asked them to changed the towels. Aircon was really bad, we had to call attleast twice a day to get it fixed as it doesn't cool the room.

dirty hotel

Very dirty , bathroom has molds and smelly, cockroaches crawling , hallway smells dead rat , staff are incompetent room were not ready when we arrived . Bed sheets and towels were dirty and stained , toilet bowls , shower has molds. Not a sound proof you can here people talking from outside and next door.

업타운 망고거리와 가까우나 시설이 너무 않좋고! 와이파이 않되고! 가격대비 좋은 느낌이 없어 호텔 옮겼습니다.

Won't stay again

Heater in shower didn't. Work off and on for 4 days. Internet. Mostly didn't work in room but worked in lobby Toilet. Broke 1 day No fridge

Great location for night out!

Good price and close to mango avenue. 2 minutes away from the bars and nightclub!!! They need to fix their A/C though. Wifi not in all the rooms.

It might be 'affordable' but the ugliness of the stay is not worth the price.

Not recomended

Bad rooms and bad service.. We didnt get the room we had paid for and the bathroom was a disaster. No hot water and everything was falling a part.

Extremely Noisy Staff

I did not appreciate how the staff was rowdy and extremly noisy whenever they cleaned or tidied the rooms. I was always awaken by boisterous laughter or a loud conversation every 15 minutes or so. It seemed like the hotel cleaning personnel had no absolute regard for people resting and sleeping. However, the front desk receptionists were always friendly and accommodating.

寝るためのホテル

利便性を割り切れば価格を抑えながらも、セブの繁華街を楽しめるという点で問題ないホテルです。狭い部屋に清潔なベッドがおいてあり、トイレとシャワーもとりあえず付いているので、夜遅くに着いたとき1泊だけするならいいかなと思います。ゲストを呼ぶべき部屋ではないのは間違いないですが。。但し少しだけお金をプラスすれば、この周辺にも此処よりも一段上のアベレージホテルが利用できるので、そこをどう考えるかだと思います。その点からは自分の場合はもう一度止まる必要が無さそうです。

Thumbs up to Gran Prix

I had a wonderful stay during the Sinulog Festival 2016. I was just outside the hotel watching the parade for the whole day. Although the 1st day we stayed the room was really very small, but comfortable in a way the air conditioning was functioning well. We transferred to a bigger room the next day but unfortunately we requested to be transferred again coz the air conditioning wasn't functioning. Thanks to the staff for accommodating us.
