Seda Central Bloc Cebu City
Great place, and restaurant, exceptional staff. The internet was a bit slow for a place in IT park but workable. Nice terrace bar although sometimes the music was quite loud with loud speakers everywhere, also inside. Everything else perfect.

Plantation Bay a Real Resort with a Real Spa
The place itself is nice. But the food is disappointing. Not only is it expensive, it doesn’t taste good. The pasta we ordered on the first night at Kilimanjaro cafe was not thoroughly cooked. You can taste and see the hard shell. The staff are amazing.
