I have one gripe… Seafood Chowder, should include shellfish and smoked fish to which I was disappointed with as it only had white fish. Just call it fish soup.」

「This stay five was out of this world. This is a historic castle that has amazing public areas and the private rooms are warm and inviting. Staff was helpful and hands off unless you needed assistance, the main dining room had French service and breakfast in the solarium was a great start to our day. They even had had a visit from Santa and an albino wallabe. 」

「We loved Waterford and the hotel. We almost couldn't fly home from Dublin and we were going to try to go back to Waterford and stay at Dooleys Hotel for as long as we were grounded! Unfortunately, we were able to fly out. Highly recommend!!」
