「Fabulous hotel made perfect by staff Stopped in attic room that was spacious with kettle and coffee machine Little treats every day and turn down every evening Breakfast was relaxed with good choice of food Catvat laid back small town with boat links to Dubrovnik Would definitely recommend and hope to visit the hotel again soon」

「Unreal view and spot!」

「Great location! I was on the 4th floor with no lift but they helped carry everything! Cute tiny little terrace in our room and nice shared terrace on 2 floors! Staff was excellent!! Downfall; bad smell in my room like sauerkraut! Staff acknowledged it and made it better. I booked this room for the AC but the buttons were taped over and there was plastic placed over the vents so I couldn’t use it! I will ask for compensation for this!」

「The staff were helpful. Newly renovated rooms.we were lucky to get an Upgrade and had the most amazing view. Buffet breakfast good selection of food. Coffee poor. Swimming pool area so over crowded. Most chairs were taken by 8.30am Steep walk down to the ‘beach’ - no sand just rocks. Once again, most chairs were taken by around 9am. We had a very disappointing meal at the hotel steak restaurant. Overall I would give this hotel 6/10.」

「Aside from the initial contact that we had at reception, the staff was not that welcoming. We also had a couple of concerns about our room. One is there was a leak on our terrace that had been going on for some time from the pool area above. We pulled up the turf and the concrete underneath was covered in a black residue and there had been no rain there for months. We accidentally spilled something on the floor and so we ripped it up with the bath mat and the bath mat was v dirty which made us...

「乾淨整潔，設施完善，服務人員友善。」

「The room was not what we expected. Should have been a room with an ocean view but view was only partial to the far right. No coffee in the room. Absolutely no place to put luggage. Luggage assistance didn’t exist until a nice staff member directed us to a luggage lift. We left 2 days early and requested a partial refund but thus far none has been given. Restaurant was crowded with bus travelers.」

「During my recent stay at Rixos Dubrovnik, I booked the top-tier Spa Suite, expecting a genuine five-star experience. Unfortunately, nearly every interaction fell short: examples: - At checkout, I waited over 25 minutes for a bellboy despite multiple reminders until our butler stepped in and we nearly missed our flight - At breakfast, a manager passed a simple coffee request to a trainee, and only after multiple repeats did the butler fix it. - A pre-booked dinner request at their restaurant...

「The two lady receptionists were helpful and good Waiters at breAkfast were cold. Male receptionist seemed cunning 」

「The room is clean and cozy. Perfect for us (2 adults 2 kids). The location is quite good too. Few minutes taxi to old town. The only complain I had was that the water is too slow. 」
