Car essential and don't go on Tuesdays

The hotel, restaurant and spa were lovely but everything is closed on Tuesdays (which we did not know before booking) A car is absolutely essential, and the staff were no help whatsoever in helping us accommodate not having one. The tastings for the vineyard are 8km from the site and on Tuesdays the restaurant is closed. There is also no bar or restaurant for lunch in the week. We were recommended a restaurant in he local town to walk to on Tuesday, confirmed with the hotel that it would be open, only to walk there and find out everywhere was closed. We asked for a taxi service to somewhere further away and were given the name of a taxi company that

Instalaciones idílicas. El personal es muy amable. Sin embargo, la responsable de la casina nos trasladó dos quejas a que era nuestro problema: como no poder ducharnos por la noche porque no había agua caliente o quedarnos fuera de la casina tras dejar la llave dentro y tener que esperar más de media hora pasada la medianoche para que nos abrieran.

Très belle hôtel, mais la chambre standard au rez-de-chaussée est horrible. Cette chambre ne devrait pas exister, très bruyante avec l'emplacement en face de l'entrée et a côté de l'accueil. Impossible de tirer les rideaux ou d'ouvrir la fenêtre du fait que vous donner sur des barreaux et la cour avec la réserve, donc du passage. La clim n'a pas fonctionné les 2 premiers jours et pas un mot d'excuse, dommage. L'accès à la piscine est inclus mais pas le Spa, ce qui n'est pas indiqué lors de la réservation (15 Euros par personne et par jour). Tout cela revient fort cher pour cet hôtel et son emplacement. Il y a aussi de bonne choses comme : Le petit déjeuner est bon avec toujours quelques suppléments (omelette) mais l'ensemble est très bien. L'emplacement au milieu des vignes est reposant. A 20 minutes du lac de garde et 35 de l'aéroport. Le personnel est aimable et souriant. Dans l'ensemble, expérience mitigée surtout à cause de cette chambre qui ne devrait pas exister ou à moitié prix (et encore).

Struttura nuova in una bellissima location, ottimo il ristorante e la colazione, molto bella la piscina anche se avrebbe meritato una vista sulle campagne circostanti invece di essere chiusa tra 4 mura. Ottimi i vini della cantina con prezzi adeguati alla qualita'. L'unica nota stonata e' stata l'assegnazione della camera Casina Bianco accanto alla reception e con affaccio sotto una tettoia e sul deposito nel retro del ristorante che la rende buia tutto il giorno e claustrofobica, nonostante ve ne fossero altre libere. Sul sito della struttura la Casina Bianco e' indicata come camera Economy e non e' prenotabile direttamente, invece viene assegnata agli ospiti Expedia che prenotano una standard (le foto su Expedia sono dellla camera Casina Rosso). Inoltre non erano presenti accappatoio e pantofole come riportato sulla descrizione di Expedia. A causa di questo inconveniente non posso consigliare di soggiornare presso questa struttura fino a quando non saranno rettificate le informazioni errate.

Wir hatten ein sehr lautes Zimmer direkt neben der Rezeption, es war sehr dunkel und icht besonders komfortabel. Die Anlage sowie das Weingut dind bezaubernd. Das Frühstück war ok, jedoch nichts besonderes.

Schönes kleines Weinguthotel

Ein schönes kleines schönes Hotel ( 11 Zimmer) mit einem tollen Frühstück und einem sehr guten Restaurant. Sehr schöner Innenpool und Sauna. Alleine die Auffahrt zum Hotel durch die Weinreben ist sehr schön. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und waren jetzt bereits das 3. Mal hier und werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen

Ottima struttura in un contesto tranquillo circondata da vigneti e molto verde . Buon soggiorno con ristorante interno di ottimo livello , camera e servizi di buon livello ma migliorabile x il riscaldamento in quanto risultata un po’ freddina . Buona e pulita e rilassante la SPA interna .
