「Fantastic check in staff was lovely on phone very clear instructions., huge apartment. Supercomfy beds. Everything you needed in the room. Location was superb noisy on street at night but the apartment highly recommend.」

「Rooms were spacious and the staff were kind, but the hotel feels run-down and less than clean. My room was in the basement which only have half windows. The carpets have an odor, housekeeping missed trash removal, the rooms are not well lit and the room itself was very basic. Overall, not the level of Hyatt quality I expected for the price. 」

「Beautiful room. Easy to get to. Only issue we found was the shower pressure was definitely broken and the water would not heat up. Didn’t ruin everything though we all enjoyed ourselves. Thankyou :)」
