「This hotel was beautiful! They had an elevator as well which is not common in the area! (Had some family in nearby apartment style hotels who stayed on higher floors and had to do stairs up to their 5th floor!) They had a wonderful breakfast spread every morning, flaky pastries, croissants, cakes, tartes, but the star of the breakfast were the cappuccinos made by the wonderful hotel staff! They were so kind and amazing to our family and especially our toddler and he remembers them even...

「This is the perfect place to spend a day (or two or three) prior to flying out of Palermo. We arrived earlier than expected and Francesca (forgive me if I got the name wrong) went out of her way to quickly get our room cleaned and ready for us while we lounged poolside. The room was delightful (including the surprise in the shower), the pool was refreshing and the rooftop terrace was beautiful and relaxing.」

「The castle sits on a hill near the center of town with a breathtaking view of the hills. The town itself, has nothing to offer but a walking park by the public parking lot. One must have a car to travel anywhere. Castellamare Del Golfo beach is about 30 minutes by car, each way, making it a highlight. Palermo is about an hour, Segesta Greek ruins about 45 minutes, and Erice about 90 minutes. The rooms were clean, small, the window could not be fully opened. The staff was cold, the food was...

「Room was very clean and well set up equipped , perfect for our stay. Balcony was nice with a lovely view. Staff prepared a large breakfast spread every morning with several great options, something for every taste. Communication with the hotel was exceptional , helping to coordinate train station pickups as well as transfers to Palermo airport. Drivers where on time for both and very professional. couldn't be happier with our stay , and hope to one day return.」
