「Our room definitely needed an upgrade, tub had rust spots, tub spout was really loose, as the pull lever, the door that was supposed to cover fridge was gone and bottom of fridge cabinet was damaged so was not level, 」

「For it being an expensive hotel i dont like that you have to pay for parking and that you have to call room service to control the Air conditioner. Very nice hotel though」

「飯店離捷運跟超市都不會很遠，走路的距離都可以接受。雖然訂的是雙床房型，但到現場有一位可以用中文溝通的櫃檯，幫忙換成一大床的房型，免去了提前入住所需要的費用。淋浴的空間個人覺得偏小，固定式的蓮蓬頭，使用上並不便利。沙發上竟然發現客人使用過的塑膠叉子夾在細縫中。」

「I really liked the friendliness of the reception staff. Melinda helped me and was super sweet. The gentleman(forgot his name) helped with getting my bags to the room. Not having a microwave in the room is inconvenient enough but they did not have one in the hotel for guest use and I felt that is ridiculous in 2024.」

「We chose the downtown Kimpton location, because I wanted to avoid large resort fees. The staff couldn't have been any kinder! My only note is that the rooms (we rented 2 rooms), seemed to show some wear & tear on the furniture. The bench had a large stain on it & the furniture had nicks on it. Other than that, the rooms were clean.」

「The neighborhood doesn't feel very safe. The home had some small cockroaches and was run-down inside and out. I got hives within 10 minutes of being there, likely due to the poor conditions」

「We came into Phoenix to see a concert and since this hotel was right around the corner from the venue I figured it'd be a cool place to stay. It's an old hotel and it definitely looks like it. I'm no professional but I'm sure there's a way to keep the historic charm while still keeping it updated. The bed was really, really firm and if I hadn't driven 700 miles it probably would have been uncomfortable but after being in the car for 10 hours it wasn't the worst. The property itaelf was worth the stay. $4 coffee plus tax after 7am was extremely disappointing, especially since there was not available in the room. Breakfast availability was very limited and the neighborhood is not one to stroll around.」
