The staff at the hotel can’t do enough for you. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Great location and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of New York so we slept really well with no disturbances. Gym is quite small but is stocked with good equipment. Rooms are on the smaller side but this is New York so very expected. Loved the furnishings of the room, felt cosy and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was solid but wish they had more hot options.

Brian at the front desk truly made my stay exceptional. He went above and beyond all of my expectations, taking the time to address my requests and ensuring everything was handled promptly and professionally. His outstanding customer service made a huge difference in my experience. I would definitely consider staying at Hampton Inn Times Square again because of him and the amazing hospitality he provided.
