「The room was so pretty and comfortable! It's actually a section of a floor in an apartment building. We didn't know what to expect so it took us a minute to figure out that we needed to go inside the door with the call box. The elevator was so tiny and old but really neat to experience. Once inside it felt like any hotel room, but a little more private and safe because we were behind 3 locked doors. Location is great! Just a couple min walk to the main train station. 」

「The hotel is on the third floor in a building. The room has high ceiling and is big enough. The breakfast room envirinment is nice and the staff are nice. But the room facing the road is noisier at midnight.」

「Staff very friendly and able to assist with requests for items such a vase for my flowers, corkscrew for my wine. Hotel very clean and despite the central location, very quiet - got excellent sleep - bed very comfortable. Shower excellent. I would recommend for a short break in the city.」

「Diese Unterkunft ist mitten in Genua auf einem ruhigen Platz gelegen. Dieser bietet auch ein Restaurant, ein Café und eine Bar, sowie das benachbarte Hotel, in dem die Rezeption des Nuvole gelegen ist. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Empore, auf der das Bett war. Unten dann ein Wohnzimmer. Die Treppe ist steil und schmal. Würde ich mit kleinen Kindern oder Gehbehinderung nicht empfehlen. Kenne aber nur unser Zimmer. Für uns war die Raumaufteilung perfekt Von hier aus erreicht man alles im Centro...

「I would have given it 5 stars because of the kind owner, however my last night was ruined by very inconsiderate and loud guests; they were up and chatting boisterously until after midnight! I ended up restless and not ready for my trip the following day. I’m guessing it’s with the nature of the building with no sound proofing installed, so I hope there were signages everywhere to be respectful to other guests given this status.」

「Really loved the vibes here. Lots of staff and volunteers so tons of activities and fun people to meet. The rooms have real beds which is nice and the lockers are plenty big for all your belongings. Large kitchen with tons of free food, and amenities to cook for yourself, and was pretty clean considering. Really loved the vibes here. Would stay at this chain again.」

「Nach einer sehr netten Begrüßung, haben wir unser Zimmer „Queen“ bezogen. Ungewöhnlich, aber vollkommen in Ordnung war das eigene, private Badezimmer, allerdings über den Flur zu erreichen. Das Badezimmer war mit einer freistehenden Badewanne ausgestattet und generell sind alle Räume neu renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir würden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt jederzeit wieder hier übernachten!」
