They were clearly unprepared, nobody answered the phone or messages, until we asked a neighbour to call someone. Then they sent a helpless boy to show us where we sleep, and all the rooms were not touched after a holiday season - with all the hair in showers and dirty floor, bedsheets and full trashbins. 「Wonderful stay at this stunning boutique hotel over New Year. Modern, spacious rooms beautifully furnished and kept immaculately clean and replenished on a daily basis.
