"This property is just superb from the entrance, to the rooms, to the restaurant, gardens, pool and most of all the service! The owner came to greet us and which was even more amazing!"

"We had a junior suite, and it was a great size. The entire hotel is staff-free and automated, which actually made things simple and easy. Plentiful parking, even for larger vehicles, right in front of the hotel. My only complaint is with the Expedia listing. If you follow the Expedia map guide from your reservation to locate the hotel, it will take you to the wrong building, whether you open it in Google Maps or Apple Maps. Just search the hotel on your own. This would not have thrown me so much except there was another comment in the reviews that said that it was confusing because there was another bsmart down the road with the same name. This made me ignore my Google search for the hotel and go with the pinpoint link from the reservation, which was a mistake. Also, the listing says the check-in time is 2 PM. It is actually 3 PM."

"This hotel is in an old building, but has been renovated. Everything was comfortable and well decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. We were upgraded to a much larger room, (the size of an apartment) which was nice. The location is ideal - A short walk to the train station. We had some business in the Buchs government building, which was also a short walk. We were also able to wash a load of clothes on site. The only small negative was our floor could have a little cleaner and the bed was just a bit on the firm side. We prefer a softer mattress, although that is a personal preference. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay."

"Spectacular view of the valley from this hotel! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Conveniently located next to a bus stop, and our hotel stay included bus passes which was very helpful for getting around. The breakfast spread was excellent!"
