"This is a wonderful hotel that met all our needs. You can walk everywhere right from the hotel. There’s even a grocery store right across the street also. The lobby is lovely and nice to sit in if you want to get out of your room. We were in town for Indian Wells tennis and they had it on in the lobby on a huge tv. We had a view of the mountains from our room. The pool area is great also with a hot tub and ping-pong table. There are water dispensers next to the ice machines which was great. The rooms are small, but we did not plan to stay inside the room for a long because we were there to enjoy tennis and wonderful Palm Springs. There’s no free breakfast but there is a little diner, called a Bit of Country right next-door to the hotel. I would stay here again!"

"The beds were awful, like blow up beds on a frame. The bathroom was so patched together, poorly I might add, there was an active leak from the room above us and the toilet was hard pressed to flush. While maintenance was very attentive the room should have been marked out of order."

"I had some concerns with booking this property because of mixed reviews. I will say that I was pleased overall with our stay. The room was clean and good sized. The bed was comfortable. All the utilities worked ok but the air conditioning did seem a bit weak at times. However a couple of problems did detract from our stay. When I book a hotel on Expedia they advertise that all taxes and fees are included. However, there is a $35 per day "destination fee" that is collected at this property. So when you see a price quoted by Expedia, add that to the bill. I wish they would be more transparent with the pricing right up front. There was a problem during our stay with the parking situation. There was a large conference going on for part of the time we were there so when we returned after our daytime activities there were no self park spaces left anywhere. We ended up parking on the street for a while until some cars cleared out of the lot. I contacted the management but all they could offer was an apology for the inconvenience. They need to do a better job at managing the parking lot so that hotel guests have a place to park at all times. After all, that is part of the $35 daily fee. The pool was nice but if it's heated they don't heat it very much. The water was pretty cold. Also, it's only open from 11 - 5. The staff was very helpful and friendly. "

"The room wasn’t perfect, found empty water bottle behind curtains. Window left open when I wondered why a bug was on the wall. Curtains needed washing-pretty gross. Dishwasher leaked water all over the floor. The view was fantastic from the property and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again, but some improvements in the upkeep are needed."
