「Well-located efficient studio with delightful staff (especially Javier & Maria). Plenty to walk to in the area. The studios are small but there are large & attractive shared use spaces (gym, lounges with plenty of seating and spacious kitchens, meeting rooms, etc). Very clean! Would absolutely stay there again. 」

「Thebhotel and room were dated and room air-conditioning was poor. The sink in the hand bath was blocked and water ran slow. Toom is a bit dark. For almost 500 pounds a night i woild stay in the Premium inn next」

「The entire Number 31 team was excellent and the hotel was beautiful. We stayed for 3 nights (we had to extend our stay by a night and were able to do so easily) and the nights we were there we had the most restful sleep. The breakfasts in the morning were something to look forward to, and the common spaces were beautiful and comfortable. And the staff went above and beyond to make our time in Dublin great. Thank you!」

「Two streets away from the heart of temple bar, great place to base yourself for a few days in Dublin. 」

「Comfortable room with all the basic necessities in place. Friendly owner and staff. Close to bus stop for buses that take you to city centre. While the DART station is slightly far away, it’s a nice 20-minute walk in the neighbourhood (and through a lovely little park). I was spoilt by the delicious breakfast every morning! 」
