This place has an spectacular view of the lake. Perfect for a relaxing getaway where you can reconnect with Mother Nature. Owners take care and pride of their property. They do an amazing job to keep this place. We loved the outdoor seating, thank you Octavio and Maye for your delicious food.

El hotel es una buena opción si lo que buscas es irte a relajar, la comodidad en las habitaciones es normal pero no esperen expectativas tan altas. Su personal es muy amable y bastante servicial.

UN LUGAR MAGICO PERO DESANTENDIDO

La zona es muy buena pero el hotel estaba polvoso,sin ningun servicio, no habia personal atendiendolo, todo esta lejos por lo que es son importantes los servicios internos de los cuales no habia nada, RESTAURANT, CAFETERIA, RECAMARERAS, TEMASCAL, TELEFONO, WIFI, ETC.

NO RESPETARON MI RESERVACIÓN.

Cuando llegué al hotel, me dijeron que no tenía ninguna reservación, fueron groseros y en ese momento llamé por teléfono a "Atención a clientes" de Hoteles.com, mismos que no pudieron ayudarme y me dijeron que turnarían mi problema a otro departamento. Estoy sumamente molesta y espero que me hagan el reembolso completo de lo que ya se me cobró por un servicio que no recibí. Además, el hotel no es tal cual se anuncia en la página de Hoteles.com: no se ubica en Catemaco, sino en otra comunidad y se encuentra en pésimas condiciones, viejo y sucio. Espero pronto una respuesta de su parte y me digan cuándo realizarán el reembolso a mi tarjeta de crédito.
