「The host is incredibly kind and helpful. The room facilities are flawless; the bed is spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast is abundant, and there is an elevator. Just turn left downstairs and walk a short distance to reach the main attractions. Great value for money, with the only minor drawback being the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Highly recommended!」

「The room was gorgeous. Unfortunately, I only got to stay for one day. Will definitely go back.」

「Great location, unique decoration and nice hosts.」

「Roberta was the best hostess we have ever had during a travel stay. The property was new and well stocked with everything we needed (water, coffee, tea, glasses, cups, bottle opener to name a few). Great personal care items and comfortable bedding. The best however besides Roberta’s charming and welcoming personality was the spectacular breakfast she made to order! Eggs Benedict, omelettes, crepes, waffles etc besides other buffet style items but the icing on the cake was delicious Sicilian...

「Le petit buffet du matin et la propreté de la chambre.」

「Absolutely would recommend this property. Our host luciella was so lovely and welcoming. The room was spacious and fresh high quality bedding. She even changed the music to Italian love songs to set the mood for the day. The only preparation I would suggest is to wait for the beep each time you press the pass code screen.」

「Great central location. Beautiful old apartment with large living area and a great large super king bed. Ideal place to explore Catania. We used the car parking garage recommended by the staff which was a literal 2 min walk away. Bed nice and comfy and most importantly, ice cold air con in the living area and the bedroom. Lovely touch with the breakfast being delivered with gorgeous pastries.」

「Clean and tidy, comfortable, high ceilings, convenient location, helpful host, with private parking.」

「staff are all friendly and helpful. room was old-fashioned style but all spacious, comfortable and clean. also liked the 24-hour reception and also the fridge in the room. also the scrambled eggs of the breakfast were perfect.」

「Location is good the breakfast is above the average and the parking is nice. Stop in front of the hotel and they park for you. Garage is 22euro per night. Room is spacious but they didn’t replace the used personal items - tissue paper, conditioner etc. 」

「The host was very helpful especially with check in instructions which was convenient. She also arranged parking nearby. Room was clean and nice and breakfast had a nice selection. Location was excellent for exploring catania. However, The air conditioner in our room did not work which meant no reprieve from the 90 degree weather and an uncomfortable nights sleep. Also, 1000 check out time is a bit early for a bed and breakfast- makes me feel rushed.」

「Lovely, creatively decorated room, and staff were attentive and helpful. Need to go up one set of steps before lift.」

「The property was very nice and clean inside and the proprietor was excellent. However the outside appearance was a shock as it was very scruffy.」

「Clean room, excellent location, friendly staff」

「Great communication. The building itself is old and there is a really local market downstairs that might be shocking at first BUT the area is safe and your are literally a few minutes away from the central area where all the tourists go. Also, the rooms at Grafea are excellent and clean and the showers are nice and hot with heated towel. I will stay again if I go to Catania.」
